Eline Kindt is a doctoral research fellow at the Human Rights Centre. She studied law at Ghent University (2013) after which she completed an LLM in International Human Rights and Criminal Justice at Utrecht University (2014).
During her study at Utrecht University, Eline worked as a Research Associate with Public International Law & Policy Group (PILPG), a global pro bono law firm.
Eline’s research is situated within work package 5 of the Human Rights Integration Project, focusing on optimizing access to international human rights mechanisms. Her project examines the possibility of incorporating a class action procedure within the European Human Rights System as a means of improving access to justice while also ameliorating judicial efficiency at the European Court of Human Rights.
