Olivier Van der Noot
Olivier Van der Noot is PhD student at the Centre interdisciplinaire de recherches en droit constitutionnel of the Saint‐Louis University, Brussels. His research covers domestic, European, international as well as comparative human rights law. He is particularly interested in issues relating to the maximization of the added value of national Bills of Rights.
Olivier Van der Noot is PhD researcher within the framework of WP4 of the IAP “The Global Challenge of Human Rights Integration: Towards a Users’ Perspective”. His PhD thesis will constitute an interdisciplinary and comparative study of national Bills of Rights and will be carried out under the supervision of Prof. Sébastien van Drooghenbroeck.
